New Horror Rule: No good deed goes unpunished!

Hello Hip Hop Heads and Horror Fans,

Today I will be reviewing Natasha Pascetta’s 5 minute short film titled “Road Trash”. Natasha was kind enough to send me the link to screen the film. This is Natasha’s first film that was written, produced and directed by her. She also plays the lead role of Alice who is obsessed with burying road kill and her strange addiction gets her into a hairy situation with a werewolf! The saying no good deed goes unpunished is definitely the moral of the story! I won’t give away too much, but it is definitely a unique concept and this film gives us a new original horror storyline! This film is a breath of fresh air in the era of remakes that are being constantly made. There is also a twist at the end I did not see coming!

Even though the film is only approximately 5 minutes long it is a dope film and grabs your attention from beginning to end! It is a short Grimm fairy tale! Also Heather Langenkamp who plays Nancy on Nightmare on Elm Street narrates the entire film. The films pays homage to Nightmare on Elm Street by having the cemetery called Elmwood and the background music sounds similar to NoES. The film has been chosen to screen at different movie festival and even received some awards! Congrats Natasha! I definitely recommend this short film I enjoyed watching it! I hope the film will release to the public soon!

Thank you for reading my movie review. Hope you all enjoyed it! Until next time horror fiends and hip hop heads!
